In a world filled with uncertainty, the ancient wisdom of I-Ching becomes a beacon for those navigating life's crossroads. The "I-Ching Divination Kit" reimagines this time-honored practice through a modern lens, transforming divination into an interactive experience reminiscent of playing a game. This project delves into the fusion of tradition and innovation, offering a playful yet profound method to seek guidance during challenging times. Whether you're facing personal dilemmas or professional decisions, this kit serves as a unique tool, inviting users to explore the symbiotic relationship between chance and choice, all while embracing the mystical elements of I-Ching. Explore the art of decision-making where ancient philosophy meets playful interaction.

Phase 1: Challenging Superstitions

The "I-Ching Divination" begins its journey by delving into societal attitudes towards superstition. While many view fortune-telling as a relic of superstitious practices, the project underscores the scientific and profoundly mystical aspects of the Chinese I-Ching, which transcends conventional science into realms of unknowable forces. In this initial phase, the project leverages the traditional Chinese philosophy of "破财消灾" (warding off disaster through financial loss). An interactive art installation invites participants to physically 'give away' money, thereby engaging with the idea that this act could dispel negative energies. This phase challenges participants to reconsider their perceptions of beneficial superstitions, fostering a dialogue about the intricate balance between belief and skepticism in cultural practices.

Phase 2: Deciphering the Logic of I-Ching

The second phase of the "I-Ching Divination Kit" aims to demystify the complex methodology behind I-Ching divination.
